Store Shipping Policy and Information
Free Shipping: We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within the United States! - Our store is only able to process and ship orders within the United States at this time.
Communications: All communications about your order and shipping will come from EraNoire Photography. We will keep you updated as to your order progress, turnaround times, shipping information, and shipping confirmations, including tracking numbers, as well as any queries or questions.
Turnaround times: Normal turnaround times for prints and matted prints to be processed and shipped is approximately 7-10 days. Normal turnaround times for framed prints to be processed and shipped is approximately 3-4 weeks. Holidays, inclement weather, or other unusual events out of our control may affect these times. We will do our best to keep you informed of any changes in normal turnaround times.
Shipping methods: Products may be shipped via USPS, or for most frames and larger items, UPS. Extremely large or heavy orders may be freight shipped. We will be in contact with you if your items need to be freight shipped.
Our fine art prints and frames are custom hand made to order by our trusted fine art print and framing professionals - Musea Lab. All orders will be shipped directly from the lab to you, so you may notice their name on the shipping label. Please do not contact our lab with questions or queries, all communications regarding shipping should go through us at EraNoire Photography.
Damaged or lost items: In the rare event an order may be lost in shipping please reach out to us so we may investigate the order and do our best to make it right. If an item arrives with damage from shipping please contact us immediately. Full details about how to handle damaged or defective items is in our Store Return Policy.
Returns: In the rare circumstance you may require a return label we will provide it to you. Do not send items back to Musea Lab on your own without an official return label and prior approval from us at EraNoire Photography. We are not responsible for any items sent to EraNoire Photography or our lab independently, and are not responsible for any associated costs for replacement without prior authorization.
